Grandma’s
House
houses left.

260 built-up square meters in a controlled balance between tradition and modernity. The outside is reminiscent of summers spent with the grandparents; this house is the most heavily influenced by the local traditional architecture. To get this effect, the architects amplified the slope of the roof, which has a spectacular impact on the upper indoor areas, where the net height of the space exceeds the standards currently applying to buildings by a considerable amount.

The use of stone finishes and wood panels is traditional by inspiration but is reinterpreted and adapted to the contemporary landscape.
